Does Arasys Provide Benefits Other Than Weight Loss?

Yes. In addition to toning the muscles and reducing cellulite, the electrical pulses can improve circulation, help detoxify the body and reduce edema (abnormal build up of fluid).  Targeted at specific areas, technicians also use Arasys for providing a non surgical breast lift, buttocks lift, underarm lift and overall body toning. In addition to these benefits Arasys is claimed to provide lymphatic detoxification and skin rejuvenation benefits. Galvanic currents are used to cleanse and eliminate toxins, which can help prevent disease and premature aging.

How Does Arasys Provide Different Functionalities?

The system has a number of settings which perform various functions. The muscle building setting helps to build the muscles. This setting is used for lifting (breast lift, arm lift, body lift, buttocks lift). The body toning function uses cell stimulation to reduce cellulite. The inch loss system uses a flat top faradic current to tighten and tone, resulting in a reduction of inches. It can also be set for superficial toning which promotes skin tightening.

Does Arasys Hurt?

No. Unlike other cosmetic procedures, Arasys is a pain free, non invasive treatment. You will only experience subtle vibrations as your muscles contract effortlessly and smoothly. On the contrary, patients have found the treatment to be relaxing. If you do experience pain during the treatment, notify your provider immediately as this should not be occurring.

Does Arasys Offer Permanent Results?

The toning and inch loss delivered by Arasys treatments can last as long as you continue to maintain your weight. If you start over indulging and gaining pounds, the benefits provided by Arasis will be lost. If you’re constantly up and down with your figure, it may be best to have the treatments after you’ve stabilized your weight for at least a couple of months. As the aging process continues, you may require touch up treatments, even if you maintain your weight and keep to regular exercise.

How Many Arasys Treatments Do I Need?

This depends entirely on your individual circumstances, the condition of your muscles, the amount of excess fat and your desired results. Most practitioners recommend at least 8 sessions but you may require 12 or even up to 16 treatments. Most clinics offer 20 minute treatments, but a treatment session can also last as long as 50 minutes. The treatment time depends on the size of the area. Some clinics treat the whole bodily area (front and back) in a 50 minute session. This provides faster results than treating one area per session. Your technician will recommend the appropriate duration and frequency of your treatments.

Why Is Arasys Helpful After Liposuction?

Liposuction is a method of surgically removing localized fat deposits. After the procedure the stretched skin takes some time to shrink back to position. In older patients, this may not happen at all, since the skin loses elasticity as we age. Also, even though lipo removes fat, it does not treat cellulite. In many cases, liposuction makes cellulite worse. Arasys provides a non surgical way to tighten the skin and reduce cellulite after liposuction.

Find the Best Arasys Specialist…

Arasys is a cosmetic treatment which should be performed by a qualified and trained doctor or technician. Some technicians allow their support staff to carry out the treatment. If you can, try to have the registered technician administer the treatment. When searching for an Honolulu Arasys specialist, make sure you research their qualifications, credentials, training and experience.

Note: being board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery does not indicate that a doctor is trained and experienced in this treatment. Be sure to ask your practitioner which procedures they specialize in, where they trained and how many treatments they’ve performed. Obtain lots of before and after photos of patients they’ve treated for the same area using the Arasys System.

Even if a specialist has the right credentials, this does not mean they will be good at using Arasys. Apart from researching their formal qualifications and training in Honolulu, try to find customer reviews to see the overall satisfaction rate of your potential clinic. Independent recommendations are invaluable for assessing the best MD or specialist who is most experienced in the treatment. Don’t be tempted to opt for the cheapest cost without considering the above factors. A cheap center may not offer the experience you desire. Also, you may wish to consider whether you feel more comfortable with a female or male technician.
